MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a dynamic combat sport that incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Each training session delivers a full-body workout which can burn up to 1200 calories while boosting stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, balance and coordination. Developed by our head coach with decades of world-class coaching experience, our signature Muay Thai program is tailored to meet the needs of all skill levels - from complete beginners to seasoned veterans.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Our MMA program, developed by our co-head coach & one of Malaysia’s pioneers in Mixed Martial Arts, focuses on essential techniques such as Ground & Pound, Wall Work, Clinch and Takedowns. BOXING

Known as "The Sweet Science," Boxing offers an exhilarating full-body workout while equipping you with practical self-defense skills. KICKBOXING

It incorporates elements from Boxing, Karate and Muay Thai, utilizing punches, kicks and knee strikes. Our Kickboxing program, designed by the Malaysian National Kickboxing Head Coach, is tailored to help you refine your techniques, boost your confidence and develop the skills necessary for both competition and fitness.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our cutting-edge Strength & Conditioning program is designed specifically for combat sports, combining strength, power, cardio, agility, and mobility training to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts build muscle, burn fat and enhance overall performance. Using dumbbells, kettlebells and other functional tools, the program focuses on proper form rather than excessive load or intensity and exercises are tailored to suit your individual goals - ensuring safe and effective progress!
